Our Pre Season Half Marathon Training Camp is an intensive boost for your endurance fitness levels in time for the spring half marathon season!  The camp will place a focus on your performance in the Jasper Canadian Rockies Half Marathon (April 7) and/or the Edmonton First Responders Half Marathon (April 29).

Our aim is to empower runners, whatever your experience or starting point, to understand and believe in your training. Through our weekend of coaching, training plans and seminars, we want to inspire and motivate you to achieve your goals and keep running as a constant enjoyable part of your life.

With varied sessions focusing on endurance, speed and power, targeted on your individual goals you’ll get to live, eat and breathe half marathon (and/or 10k!) training over the three days. We’ll take a look at some of the key training sessions you can use in your own personal race training, discuss cross-training methodology and race day preparations and tactics so that you can squeeze everything out of your training.

Includes:

  •  'In Training' Long Sleeve Tech T
  •  30% discount on the Jasper Canadian Rockies Half Marathon or Edmonton First Responders Half Marathon
